Special Education

The Student Service Office is responsible for evaluating and providing services for students with disabilities, as defined by federal and state regulations.

Each building in the Churchville-Chili district has an instructional team that works together with parents to provide specifically identified interventions and strategies to support each child's success in school. Our building teams collect and review all relevant data and ensures that all general education supports (instruction modification and Response to Intervention Services) are utilized prior to a referral to the Committee on Special Education.

For students who present with educational disabilities, the Churchville-Chili Central School District offers a continuum of services to meet the needs of students at all ability levels. it is the district's policy and practice to meet the educational needs of students within the most inclusive setting and in the least restrictive environment.

Parents are critical school partners in the education and well-being of their children. We welcome your input and support.
